Scheme for insurance between exchange and completion to be underwritten by RSA

Bickers Insurance Services are pleased to announce that one of the UK’s largest insurers, Royal and Sun Alliance, are to underwrite a new buildings insurance policy, providing a bespoke buildings insurance solution for home buyers between exchange and completion of purchase contracts.

This bespoke short period policy, previously unavailable from the UK insurance market, will also boast some useful enhancements tailored specifically to add value and protection to buyers entering into a purchase contract.
